YETI GREENS ASSUMES ZERO RESPONSIBILITY DUE TO:

1) Mistakes, including lost packages, made by postal offices and workers

2) Wrong addresses entered (including expired PO boxes)

3) Damages to your products during transit, including but not limited to: heat damage and rough handling

4) Packages that are stolen after delivery or delivered to incorrect addresses

5) Missing/lost/stolen packages where tracking is marked as "Delivered"

6) In the event that a package is confiscated by Canada Post, Yetigreens.com will offer a reshipment of the same or similar order up to a value of $750

IN ADDITION:

7) No returns can be accepted and refunds cannot be given

8) In the event that an ordered product is out of stock, you will be contacted for a refund or substitution
